Where is it manufactured? Our pieces are designed in British Columbia and manufactured in China.

How long will shipping take? Our custom-made apparel is crafted to order and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in China, resulting in an estimated shipping time of approximately 15-20 business days.

 

3. Returns

 

What’s your return policy? We offer exchanges only. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in selling condition. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the products.

6. Care Instructions

 

Will the shirts shrink in the wash? Our shirts are designed not to shrink when washed according to our care instructions.

 

How do I take care of the shirt? Wash on the reverse side with neutral detergents, avoid soaking, extended sun exposure, or bleaching, and use low-temperature iron, steam, or tumble dry (max 30℃ or 90℉).
